1. Who we are
LYFSTYLEFIT ("we," "us," or "our") provides personalized fitness and nutrition plans through fitlyfstyle.com and related domains. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our site or services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
By using the site or buying a plan, you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Quiz answers. Your fitness goals, current activity level, eating patterns, sleep, energy, blockers, body-related goals, and other lifestyle answers you provide in the quiz.
- Contact information. First name, email address, and mobile phone number.
- Customization details. Food preferences, dietary restrictions, equipment access, schedule, and any notes you submit when finalizing your plan.
- Messages. Texts and emails you send us, and replies you send to our drip messages.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data. IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and timestamps.
- Marketing attribution. Referring URL and UTM parameters (e.g., the Instagram or TikTok link that brought you in).
- Cookies and similar technologies. Small files used to keep your session, remember your progress through the quiz, and measure how the site is performing.
Information from third parties
- Payments. When you buy a plan, Stripe processes your payment and shares limited transaction information with us (your name, email, the amount, and a confirmation that the charge succeeded). We never see or store your full card number.
- Messaging providers. Twilio (SMS) and Resend (email) handle delivery and report back on delivery status, opens, and unsubscribes.
Health and wellness information
The quiz asks questions about your fitness goals, body, eating habits, sleep, energy, and related lifestyle factors. We treat this information as sensitive and use it only to generate and adjust your personalized plan and to provide related support. We do not use this information for advertising or share it for advertising. LYFSTYLEFIT is a fitness and nutrition program; we are not a healthcare provider, and the information you share is not protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA.
3. How we use your information
- Build and deliver your plan. Your quiz and customization answers are used to generate your 21-Day Reset and 28-Day Plan, including meal suggestions, workouts, and daily checklists.
- Communicate with you. Send you your plan link, day-by-day check-ins, progress prompts, and customer support replies by SMS and email.
- Process payments. Charge you for the plan and send a receipt.
- Improve the service. Understand which questions are confusing, which messages get replies, and which parts of the plan people actually finish.
- Security and fraud prevention. Rate-limit abuse, block bots, and investigate suspicious activity.
- Legal compliance. Comply with laws, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms.
4. AI processing of your answers
We use Anthropic's Claude API to help generate the written portions of your plan from your quiz answers. Your answers are sent to Anthropic to produce that output and are not used by Anthropic to train their models. We do not send your phone number or payment information through this process.

How you opt in
When you submit the LYFSTYLEFIT quiz at fitlyfstyle.com with your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages from LYFSTYLEFIT at the mobile number you provided, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or pre-recorded voice technology where applicable. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any goods or services.
Types of messages you'll receive
- A welcome / confirmation text with the link to your 21-Day Reset.
- A confirmation text after purchase with your 28-Day Plan link.
- Day-by-day check-ins, reminders, and accountability prompts over the duration of your reset and plan.
- Occasional follow-up messages about your plan, support replies from our coaching team, and important service updates.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity in the program and the stage you're in. Most users receive a few messages per week during their active reset period.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates apply to all messages we send and any messages you send in reply. LYFSTYLEFIT does not charge a fee for the SMS program itself.
How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe, and you will not receive any further messages from the program. If you want to rejoin later, complete the quiz again or contact us at [email protected].
How to get help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any text message for support, or email [email protected]. You will receive a reply with our contact information.
Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and most other U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
The SMS program is available to mobile phone subscribers in the United States who are 18 years of age or older. You must be the account holder of the mobile number provided or have the authority to consent on behalf of the account holder.
No sharing of mobile information with third parties
LYFSTYLEFIT does not sell, rent, share, lease, or transfer your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent to any third party or affiliate for marketing, promotional, or any other purpose. Mobile information collected through the SMS program (phone number, opt-in status, and message content) is used solely by LYFSTYLEFIT and by our SMS delivery service provider (Twilio) for the limited purpose of operating the messaging program described in this policy. This restriction applies even where information about other categories of data (e.g., email) may be shared with service providers for separate purposes.
SMS record retention
We retain SMS opt-in records (including the date, time, and source of consent) and message logs for as long as you remain opted in plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with telecommunications recordkeeping requirements (typically four years).

We don't sell your personal information. We share it with these categories of service providers, who are only allowed to use it to perform services for us:

7. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar storage to keep your session active, save quiz progress so you don't have to start over, and measure aggregate site performance. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site (including completing the quiz) may stop working.
8. How long we keep your information
We keep your account and plan information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after to provide support, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep it (for example, transaction records for tax purposes).
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we'll notify you as required by law.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that's wrong or out of date.
- Delete your information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of marketing texts and emails at any time.
- Object to or restrict certain uses of your information.
- Portability - receive a copy of your information in a portable format.

California residents: You have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. 11. Children
LYFSTYLEFIT is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
12. International users
LYFSTYLEFIT is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, give you notice by email or on the site. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
